Course Description:
This course develops students’ understanding of fundamental physics concepts related to motion, forces, energy transformations, mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, electricity, and magnetism. Students apply scientific investigation skills to test physical laws, analyze real-world problems, and explore the operation of commonly used tools and technologies. Emphasis is placed on practical applications of physics and the impact of technological developments on society and the environment. This course prepares students for college programs in science, engineering technologies, skilled trades, and related fields.
